5 medium sized Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled and sliced into wedges
4 Asian pears, cored, peeled, and sliced into wedges
3 tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup white sugar
Directions
1. Toss the apples and pears with the cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl.
Crumb Topping Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
3 cups rolled oats
1 stick of margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Directions
1. Toss with fingers until mixture becomes crumbly.
2. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass baking pan with 1/3 of the crumb topping. Add the filling. Top with the remainder. Dot the top with margarine and bake at 350˚F for 30 minutes. Loosely tent top with foil. Increase temperature to 400˚ and bake for another 20 minutes or until filling starts to bubble.
3. Set on a cooling rack for 10-15 minutes before serving.
