Full of Surprises!

I love surprises, don’t you? I especially love them when it comes to fashion. Since I view fashion as art form, I love to promote great creations when I find them.

Thus is the case with this outfit.

Surprise #1:  At first glance, these pants, by J Brand, look solid olive green. Yet, if you look closer, there is a beautiful diamond shaped print embedded into the fabric to give it depth and interest.

Surprise #2: This beautiful innocent looking white sleeveless blouse is anything but. On one side it is silk, white and airy, but on the other side it is knit, taupe and perforated.

Surprise #3: I met this jewelry designer at a Columbus Circle flea market in December in NYC. Her name is Judy Kaye, and she was selling these beautiful wrap bracelets that can also double as a necklace. We struck up a conversation, something I am fairly good at (wink), and became quickly acquainted. I told her that I was starting a blog and would love to feature her fabulous bracelet/necklace. True to my word…here it is!

Surprise #4: While shopping at the annual LF sale last summer, my cousin, Susan, and I came upon these fabulous Lucite clutches with gold satin inserts. They were instantly scooped up and scored by us as they rang up for just $20.00 a piece!
