  It's 85 degrees outside and you have nothing to wear.....scratch that...if you are smart, you will go online to the Cabi website and purchase this fabulous nautical style dress that is easy, breezy and comfy! The original dress comes with a blue shoelace that I removed to leave the neckline more exposed. Many years ago, my acting coach advised me to never wear anything that does not expose the collarbone and décolotage area. Her philosophy was that one should elongate the neck, especially for people like me, whose torso is shorter. While I have often succumbed to fashion trends, I have attempted to adhere to her philosophy. Once I removed the lace-up feature of this dress, the neckline was immediately more flattering and elongated.
  I maintained the nautical theme, by adding this J Crew bracelet and a pop of yellow with my vintage Celine bag. White shoes seemed the natural choice and I have worn these over and over again since purchasing them on sale last month. The chunky heel results in both comfort and stability.
