Who doesn’t love the ease of a wrap skirt? And when that skirt comes in a buttery soft suede, where somehow water leaves no trace of itself, it’s a fashion no-brainer. The design team behind the Parisian brand, “ba&sh,” is comprised of two best friends, Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief, who combined not only their first names, but also their love of fashion. In their own words, “ba&sh is truly made by women for women.” Nima introduced me to this line, which is now carried at Bloomingdales, and after perusing it thoroughly, we were both smitten. I recently wore this to a charity brunch, where I wanted to don something classically polished, yet casual; hence the addition of a white blouse with its sleeves rolled. My vintage Chanel bag was scored at another charity event, and has accompanied me on numerous occasions.
