I love to wear the color cream. I love the freshness and simplicity of it. However, it beckons to be joined by a little color, and to me, there is nothing better with cream than a good old fashioned brown. Brown creates a warmth that compliments the coolness of cream.
The old school of fashion taught us to match our handbag with our shoes. The new school does not adhere to that rule; in this case, adding an additional color seems wrong to me, so I am sticking with the matching set. It is no secret that I am a hat girl. I have worn hats in several posts and I will never tire of singing their praises. Hats cover flaws, like a bad hair day or a missed color appointment. Hats add a “je ne sais quoi” attitude to an outfit, lending an air of mystery and sophistication.
