Rosemary Shortbread

Here is the easiest recipe for shortbread that you will ever find. The rosemary gives it a fragrant sophistication. We highly recommend these cookies!

1/3 c. sugar

1 c. all-purpose flour

2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

1 stick salted butter (cold and cut into chunks)

Pulse everything in a food processor just until combined. Press the crumbly mix into a 9-inch round pie tin. 

Bake at 325F for 30 min or until golden brown along the edges, cool before cutting.

 

**You can double the recipe and bake on a cookie sheet and cut into rectangles. In either case, it is important to spray the pan!!!
