This retro inspired outfit is my nod to the hippie era. From the sheer long skirt, to the denim bag, to the cool choker, this look is definitely borrowed from a by-gone (but not so far), era. I love the hip feel of this outfit, and everything came together quickly and easily....I just love when that happens! There were no contrived moments inside my closet...I had everything I needed to bring this look alive and update its feel with a little edge and whole lot of soul. The peek a boo skirt is one of the my favorite pieces from Worth New York's summer collection and the rock and roll handbag with the removable guitar strap, was a sale splurge purchased with a Bergdorf Goodman gift card.
